Midlothian Feb 22, 2018. #3. I've got a 233bhp 3.0tdi b7 mapped to 270/550nm and a standard 340bhp/700nm bitdi SQ5 plus and both are very good. Fuel consumption is similar, the SQ is quicker - not massively (although it's a slightly heavier car), SQ sounds a lot better with the trick exhaust, even better if you add a kufatec modulator.
The1.9 is slightly more economical, the 2.0 is quicker revving, smoother, faster, quieter. The 1.9 only has a 5 speed box though. The 2.0 doesn't pull quite as well

TheTDI is very reliable, has good towing capability and gets really good fuel economy The TSI will gap a Lamborghini Yes they are, but i think it is not enough for Superb. 2.0 CR 140hp is best choice i think, the most reliable, superior fuel consumption, snd it is enough for daily driving, but still feel little underpowered for me.
Model MK2 Fabia 1.9 TDi 3. Posted 10 February, 2016. The most reliable fabia diesel is the 1.9 SDI but its only got 64 horses and seems to munch front suspension bushes and stopped being sold in 2005. I found it very nice to drive though and could chug along the motorway at 80 most of the time. 14k.
