I use the keyboard setting to for accelerating and steering but whenever I press control and hold S the truck just sits there. I am also using the automatic transmission. #2
I am currently using a G27 for ETS2 but I also have a Joystick with a throttle, I would like to use the throttle as a gear stick for when I drive in Automatic mode, I have Xpadder and can make the slider press a button when i goes to the top and bottom of the slider but ETS2 does not allow you to assign the Automatic Gear controll to keyboard inputs, only joystick buttons. Keyboard and Mouse allows you to assign any keyboard function such as blinkers, wipers, Cruise Control, lights etc. to any of your PC's recognised MOUSE buttons, such as MOUSE1 and 2, the mousewheel button press, the mousewheel rotate down- and up- buttons, and any additional buttons your mouse supports, use these to your full advantage.

Teleport key is usually "0" from top line, then move around with the numbers keys, and "F9" when you want to put truck in revised position. If you are looking for the DEV CONSOLE, watch squirrel's video on it. He will show you how it works. Try to read this one too.
Re: Logitech G29 - Stuck in reverse. Go into control settings and play with the settings. There are a bunch of axis settings you can configure. One of them will certainly help. Alternatively you could go into Logitech settings and toggle the combined pedals setting, but I don't believe that should be necessary.
